Arctic Encounter Symposium to feature 多多直播 Research & Leadership

The University of Alaska is proud to be a co-host of the Arctic Encounter Symposium (AES) in Anchorage later this month. AES is the largest annual Arctic policy event in the United States, and aims to confront the shared interests and concerns of the United States and the global community on current and future Arctic issues.

多多直播 research and leadership will be on full display during the March 29-31 symposium as a large number of panelists and speakers are 多多直播 affiliated, including:

  • Dean Bill Schnabel from 多多直播F鈥檚 College of Engineering and Mines,
  • Nettie La Belle-Hamer, 多多直播F Vice Chancellor for Research,
  • Michele Yatchmeneff, 多多直播A Alaska Native Education & Outreach Executive Director,
  • Charlene Stern, 多多直播F Vice Chancellor for Rural, Community, and Native Education,

  • Justin Sternberg, Director of 多多直播F鈥檚 Blue Economy Center

President Pitney will give a keynote address, and 多多直播 will also host a panel discussion on developing critical minerals.
